    CSIRO’s Data61 is Australia’s leading data innovation group.The project comprised of the reconfiguration and fit-out works across two levels to form a new demonstration laboratory, driver simulation room, meeting rooms, offices, operable wall, storeroom, quiet room, workstations, a reconfigured existing
    store, utility and collation room.
    Works were undertaken in a fully occupied environment and
    included night and day works to ensure minimal disruption to staff. Associated services work included
    services design and new installations.

    This grand heritage building was once
    considered the flagship building of technical education. Designed in
    the Romanesque Revival
    style by Government

    It was built in 1891 and became one of the first technical colleges in the NSW public education system.
    The three storey brick building has an internal area of 6,000sqm.

    The ornately decorated central staircase bisects a central corridor running the length of the building with offices presented either side.

    After various changes in use since originally being constructed, the primary design objective was forthe adaptive reuse of the building so that it could accommodate the modern day operational needs of TAFE NSW Head Office.

  • Project: Speculative Suite Fit-Outs Across 2 Levels
    Scope: Eight separate tenancy fit-outs

    This project involved the fit-out of eight individual tenancies across two levels, each with unique finishes while maintaining a cohesive design theme. The fit-outs included quiet spaces, breakout kitchens, meeting rooms, workstations, and full furniture installation.

    Designed with a focus on the modern work environment, these stylish offices were crafted to offer both functionality and aesthetic appeal, catering to diverse tenant needs while promoting collaboration and productivity.
